• Please remove outdoor shoes inside the house, especially in carpeted areas, to help keep the home clean and comfortable.
• Kindly do not eat or drink in the bedrooms to maintain cleanliness and avoid spills.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no unregistered visitors, please.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Please tidy up after yourself: wash and put away dishes, and leave the property as you found it.
• Dispose of garbage and recycling in the bins provided and separate recyclables when possible.

Guest Access
Guest are only allowed to this basement suite. Upstairs may have guests/tenants while you’re occupied. Access is through private door which MUST be accessed via back alley. Please do not use front side to access the unit.

Sid’s place was so lovely, great and quiet neighborhood- perfect for the rest that we needed.
Sid was super friendly & offered help whenever possible & was kind to let us checkin muuuch earlier. The kitchen had cute snacks waiting for us.
First Airbnb I’ve been to with a “First aid kit”, it showed how thoughtful the host is.
Definitely look forward to coming back & would highly recommend this place.

Sid is very responsive. Place is clean and worth living. We can adjust Temperature. TV is smart tv. Just in case, For very specific needs which are not listed in amenities, u must message Sid prior to booking. I would say, this is the best place to stay in Calgary.

The place was exactly as shown in the photos . It is a very clean and peaceful place where you can feel home. We find everything available in the area which made our stay comfortable.
I highly recommend the place.
